In the Thick of It

I recently carved a little zine/book thing to experiment with some sketches about the difficulties of capturing ideas. It’s about the maze, the alphabet soup, the endless noise of everything going on, and the tension of working through this noise. Ideas can feel like the tide approaching and shifting my focus. The clear ideas arrive when I’m not able to give proper attention and seem fleeting. Trying to go back to the ideas later can be fruitless, like an unpotted plant left in the sun.
